Subscribers may sign up for access to the full library (link) of our online neuromovement lessons. This currently includes:
8 lessons in the series, "Relating to Your Center of Movement" (200+ total minutes)
10 lessons in "Relating to Your Feet & Toes" (150 total minutes)
7 lessons and counting in "Comfortable Sitting" (185+ total minutes)
Each lesson ranges from 7 - 35 minutes long, and include both video and audio-only versions (video versions sometimes take longer to release). We continue to add content over time for an even greater value. We are currently working on Series 3, focusing on sitting with ease (great for those who spend hours per day in a chair - or who sit for meals 3 times a day!).
Before you begin, keep in mind the 9 Essentials; in particular, move slowly, gently, and with attention. It's helpful to start with very small movements, increasing as long as it remains easy and enjoyable - it should not feel painful!
Introduction
These 3 lessons are designed to be quick and easy to learn for those new to Neuromovement, and are also great for reminding your brain how to move freely even once you have done more advanced lessons. We often use them when we notice aches and pains - waking up the pelvis and the ribs can be very helpful to maintain a healthy life.
