8 lessons in the series, "Relating to Your Center of Movement" (200+ total minutes)
10 lessons in "Relating to Your Feet & Toes" (150 total minutes)
Each lesson ranges from 7 - 30 minutes long. The first series also includes both video and audio versions, and the 2nd series is currently audio only. We will continue to add content over time for an even greater value.
Before you begin, keep in mind the 9 Essentials; in particular, move slowly, gently, and with attention. It's helpful to start with very small movements, increasing as long as it remains easy and enjoyable - it should not feel painful!
These 3 lessons are designed to be quick and easy to learn for those new to Neuromovement, and are also great for reminding your brain how to move freely even once you have done more advanced lessons. We often use them when we notice aches and pains - waking up the pelvis and the ribs can be very helpful to maintain a healthy life.
