Each lesson ranges from 7 - 35 minutes long, and include both video and audio-only versions (video versions sometimes take longer to release). We continue to add content over time for an even greater value. We recently finished Series 4, focusing on easing neck and shoulder pain and creating healthy habits of movement for that vulnerable area. Series 5 is in the planning stage - focusing on peacefulness and reducing stress.
Before you begin, keep in mind the 9 Essentials; in particular, move slowly, gently, and with attention. It's helpful to start with very small movements, increasing as long as it remains easy and enjoyable - it should not feel painful!
Introduction
These 3 lessons are designed to be quick and easy to learn for those new to Neuromovement, and are also great for reminding your brain how to move freely even once you have done more advanced lessons. We often use them when we notice aches and pains - waking up the pelvis and the ribs can be very helpful to maintain a healthy life.

Lesson 4 - Bending While Sitting
This lesson helps your brain wake up to the relationship between your pelvis and head via your whole spine. Great for reducing neck pain or a stiff back. It also reflects our current Premium Content video style/quality. (~12 min.)
